This is a review from a 40-something who started going to the gym for the first time in their life, after going almost every day for a month.

It's a rather inconvenient gym in several ways. Since I have nothing to compare it to, I don't have any particular complaints; in fact, I'm quite satisfied. It's not particularly crowded at any time of day, and the 24-hour operation is very convenient.

The four things I found inconvenient are:
1. Because it's underground, there's no cell phone signal, so the building's Wi-Fi is essential, but connecting to USEN's Wi-Fi is a hassle. You're asked to enter your birth year and gender every hour (you can enter anything).

2. You have to log in to the website every time to display the QR code you need to scan to enter (screenshots aren't accepted because there's a time limit), and to display that, you need to be connected to the Wi-Fi mentioned in point 1.

Just getting in is already a hassle.

3. The water dispenser also requires a QR code for subscriber identification, and it takes 1:57 from scanning the code until the water comes out (it was so long I timed it).

Furthermore, you can't stop it until 500ml has come out. You just have to watch it overflow. If you want more, you have to scan the QR code again.

4. QR code is also required for showers.

I go almost every day, so it's a bit stressful, but the gym is comfortable and exercising makes me feel refreshed, so overall it's a positive experience.

(Translated by Google)
This was my first time using the Minami-Rinkan branch, and while it felt slightly smaller than other branches, the selection of machines was quite extensive!

There were some rare machines at KONGOU, which made it fun!

There are lots of pieces of equipment and plenty of power racks, so you don't have to worry about waiting even when it's crowded.

It was a really great gym, and although I was just a visitor, I'd love to come back again!

The staff were friendly and explained everything carefully!

The machines are incredibly quiet. The 45-degree leg press is easy to lock even for someone small like me. The movement is like gliding on ice. Whether it's the low pulley or the press machines, they're quiet and move smoothly. The plate-loaded machines are sized to fit the Japanese physique, so I think the T-bar row is the most effective in the world. There are many 24-hour gyms out there, but this one is in a class of its own.

The owner is just so incredibly nice!!
He said this gym is the realization of his long-held passion for bodybuilding.
He even added new mirrors because he thought it would make the members happy.
He taught us how to use the bench press with sponges.
I thought it might be damp since it's in the basement, but the air conditioning is on 24 hours a day, and for some reason, I can concentrate really well.
It's an inexpensive gym, but if such a fantastic gym were to disappear, it would be a loss for the entire Minami-Rinkan area.
Everyone, please choose this gym!
I'm not a member myself, but I look forward to seeing you!

This is a great gym with excellent machines, atmosphere, and price. The machines are tailored to Japanese users, so you don't often encounter the frustration of machines from overseas brands like Life that suddenly drop off. There are surprisingly many chest machines; I wonder if the owner is a chest workout enthusiast? (laughs) I would also like to request an extension of the mirrors in the free area if possible, but even without that, it deserves 5 stars.

The awkwardly placed abdominal bench is amusingly inconspicuous.

At this price, you can really see the owner's good taste in selecting machines that are well-suited to the Japanese physique.

It's not always crowded; sometimes you have the place all to yourself, except in the evenings and at night. I highly recommend you come and try it at least once.

I used your gym for the first time today.

I don't think you'll find many gyms with such comprehensive facilities at this price point. The machines are high quality, the lighting is bright, and it's a great environment for training. The staff were all very kind, and I felt comfortable using the gym.

I would like to continue coming here.

If I had one suggestion, it would be to extend the mirrors in the free weight area to the end of the wall; that would make it even more convenient.

Thank you for this wonderful gym!

I heard it opened on July 4th, so I stopped by to take a look when I was in the area.

A male staff member assisted me, and he was very knowledgeable about training and the machines, which made it easy for a gym beginner like me to imagine using it!

Also, the interior is very stylish, which I think will easily boost my motivation!
